Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise in product description. Delivery times can vary, but they are usually as follows:
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail International: up to 10-20 days
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct billing and shipping address. we will not refund or replace orders that were shipped to an incorrect address. If orders are undeliverable to the provided address and are returned, an additional shipping fee will be charged to reship to another address. We are not responsible for additional customs fees when shipping international.

While some may be similar in aesthetic, we design based on feeling. Each stitch — whether on footwear or apparel — tells a story of emotion and passion, both non-linear characteristics.
Is the footwear you customize authentic?
Yes, 100% authentic. We purchase our products directly from the manufacturer, or authorized secondary markets.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we take custom orders outside of the product we sell directly. The turnaround times can vary, depending on the piece. We like to take our time when it comes to the customization process and deliver the most premium, quality product we can offer. You can send us an email for a custom quote.
What is your exact process when it comes to customizing?
We do not take products apart or compromise the original quality and structure without reinforcing them. We implement our own unique method of distressing leather and natural fibers, along with hand-dying using plant-based dyes and hand stitching. In the end, you have a product that looks well worn and feels like nothing you can purchase off the shelves — unique, comfortable and lived-in.
